This design came from the owners wanting to maximise the site. Their was an existing house with seperate garage and sleepout room above.
As the garage faced predominantly east catching the morning sun. We therefore turned this into the main living area and added a new deck to the east for morning breakfast.
Adding a new double garage allowed the entire house to become two storey and create a 3 bed 2 bathroom home, with the possibility to have a 4th bedroom or an office.
The home was a challenge to create the most out of a tight space from the existing building and limited space to expand.
