All the plans above are limited to 10 purchases, so once there gone they wont be reproduced. This also means the chance of you having the same house as your neighbour are nearly zero.

The attached plans will provide a dimensioned floor plan, elevations, sections and an external and internal visual. These are not enough to obtain a building consent. These can then be developed into a set of drawings for building consent. 

All the plans have the same price of $4,999 inc GST per set.  On clicking buy now below we will send an invoice for payment.

Site Check - This would be undertaken first the house location would be tested and the local district planning rules checked. This will mean its less likely the councils will require a resource consent, or may raise issues that can be discussed before further costs are incurred.  Please see the sample site check.

Site Report - Ideal if you are looking to sub-divide now or in the future. Or have a site with views that need to be taken advantage of. This takes the site check and has a more detailed look into the placement of the home and best utilisation of space. Please see the sample site report.
